AIR Circular Campus and Cooking Club
Project Overview
Located in the lush enclave of Dempsey Hill, AIR Circular Campus and Cooking Club is a visionary dining destination designed by renowned architectural firm OMA. Championing sustainability and zero-waste circularity, this sprawling 40,000 sq ft campus seamlessly integrates a restaurant, lawn, and research space within a revitalized 1970s modernist clubhouse. To support the project's low-impact ethos, Illum-Tec delivered a comprehensive smart lighting solution powered by Casambi wireless control. By eliminating the need for extensive copper control wiring and invasive conduits, our decentralized Bluetooth Mesh network perfectly preserves the architectural heritage while offering seamless, energy-efficient scene management across diverse indoor and outdoor zones.
Illum-Tec Pte Ltd was privileged to collaborate on the lighting design and supply for AIR Circular Campus and Cooking Club. By integrating premium architectural fixtures with the Casambi wireless control ecosystem, we achieved a flexible, dynamic lighting environment that adapts perfectly to the venue's operational needs.
