Created by the team behind The Coconut Club and helmed by Chef Marcus Leow, Belimbing explores the potential of New-Gen Singaporean cuisine. Situated on the second floor of a historic Beach Road shophouse, the restaurant reinterprets native flavours with unexpected familiarity. The lighting design balances heritage warmth with modern precision, utilizing DGA Ariel and Ariel In&Out M fixtures to highlight the textures of comfort food reimagined for the modern day. The result is a space that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly contemporary.

Illum-Tec Pte Ltd was privileged to collaborate on the lighting design and supply for Belimbing. By integrating premium architectural fixtures with the Casambi wireless control ecosystem, we achieved a flexible, dynamic lighting environment that adapts perfectly to the venue's operational needs.
