The Fuorisalone is the annual moment when design is experienced live. For Milan Design Week 2026, DGA presented a "Journey Through Light" that transcended a single exhibition stage.
Stop 2: Sensory Landscape at Palazzo Bovara
Following the immersive Garden Made of Light at the Corso Monforte showroom, the journey’s second stop brought DGA to one of the most eagerly awaited appointments of the week: the tenth edition of Sensory Landscape, a project signed by Piero Lissoni for Elle Decor Italia, with landscape design by Antonio Perazzi and exhibition design by netsuke studio.
Over the past ten years, these exhibition-installations have established Palazzo Bovara as an essential reference point for the global design community.
The Concept: Conscious Subtraction
Piero Lissoni’s concept for Sensory Landscape is rooted deeply in the art of conscious subtraction. There are no superfluous elements. It is a space defined by visual silence, where rationality restores depth to the architecture.
It is precisely in this context of reduction that DGA’s lighting philosophy finds its most authentic dimension. DGA’s fixtures are engineered for extreme miniaturization, allowing the hardware to disappear and letting the pure light take center stage.
A Dialogue Between Space and Light
When product and space speak the same language, every room becomes an experience. DGA's architectural fixtures accompanied visitors throughout Palazzo Bovara, tailoring the illumination to the specific mood and function of each zone.
The Reception
The striking micro-suspension of Cometa S8 alongside the powerful, glare-free beams of Ariel downlights created an inviting yet highly precise entry.

The Portals
The Eclissi 180 step lights defined the transitional arches with soft, semi-circular washes of light.

The Reading Room
A delicate interplay of the decorative Luna pendants and the razor-sharp framing capabilities of the Ariel Contour zoom projectors brought focus and intimacy to the space.

The Art Room
The Armonia Linear Lens provided flawless, continuous wall-grazing to highlight textures and artworks without visual disruption.

Corridors & Outdoors
The incredibly slender Spillo IP67 guided movement through the corridors, while the miniaturized Micro and Milli projectors were hidden among Antonio Perazzi's landscape design to bring the outdoor greenery to life at night.
