The Fuorisalone is a tapestry of experiences, and for Milan Design Week 2026, DGA wove a continuous narrative across the city. After transforming their Corso Monforte showroom into an urban garden and casting a minimalist glow over Palazzo Bovara, the journey culminated at one of the most prominent design hubs in Milan: Archiproducts Milano on Via Tortona.

Stop 3: FÒCO by Studiopepe

This year, Archiproducts Milano presented FÒCO, a powerful exhibition with art direction by Studiopepe—the renowned design studio founded by Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto.

FÒCO represents the final chapter in Archiproducts' elemental quadrilogy, following Earth, Water, and Air. It channels the symbolic force of fire: primordial energy, warmth, and gathering. The installation explored burnt tones, sharp contrasts, and rich stratifications where matter, light, and form engaged in a constant, delicate equilibrium.

A Dialogue Between Fire and Light

Studiopepe’s vision required a lighting partner capable of modulating intensity and mood to match the fierce yet inviting nature of fire. DGA’s luminaires stepped into this role flawlessly, bringing a selection of products specifically chosen to amplify the energy of the project.

Within the textured, earthy interiors of Via Tortona 31, DGA fixtures operated as silent performers. The lighting was not merely functional; it was structural, carving out intimate spaces for gathering and accentuating the bold material contrasts of the furniture and surfaces.

To bring the essence of FÒCO to life, the installation utilized the dynamic precision of the Saturno B Plug&Play to orchestrate changing lighting scenes.

The rugged yet elegant Kumi IP67 cast soft, glare-free washes over textured walls, while the impossibly slender Spillo IP67 punctuated the space like glowing embers. The soft, circular wash of the Eclissi 180 step lights and the decorative warmth of the Luna pendants rounded out the sensory experience.

Three locations. Three exceptional contexts. Very different environments, united by a single thread: the light that tells the story of a company designing and producing in Florence for over thirty-five years. DGA’s presence at Milan Design Week 2026 proved that technical precision and formal sensitivity do not exclude each other—they elevate one another.
